It’s that time of year! The “holi-daze” and “holi-craze” time when emotions and stress are flyin’ high.
Give your body, mind and soul a gift. Move it, move it! In any way, shape or form…turn on your fav tunes and run, jump, dance, yoga or whatever your “thing” is. Those endorphins just may save you (and your loved ones 😉) during holiday season part ✌🏼of this pandemic.

Have you ever tried yoga✨? If not, what’s holding you back? Or if you have up, why? Westernized “yoga” is known for being a bit unapproachable and intimidating but it doesn’t have to be.
Yoga is far more than movement anyway … yoga off the mat (not that you even need a mat to practice yoga!) can be even more powerful.
It’s life-giving. So deep. So connected. Free flowing & connecting breath to movement = my favorite pastime 🥰.

The physical practice of yoga is historically a sitting practice and a practice to help the body sit in meditation for long periods of time. Yep, sitting is yoga!
Start slow. One asana (pose) at a time. It’s all yoga. Even if you just sit and mindfully breathe, you’re doing yoga 🙌🏼!
