Phase 1 of the transformation of the outside of our Redmond midcentury gem is complete. (Phase 2 will include replacing garage doors, front fence, courtyard door and front doors with modern stained wood options next year as well as new landscaping ☺️). Baby steps and patience is what I’m learning! It’s a good start though and I think a pretty positive change!
I was working with cream framed windows that still had a lot of life in them so while I wanted to go dark with paint, I did the reverse and went with good ‘ol @sherwinwilliams Alabaster White and Iron Ore on all doors.
Many “phases” left on the transformation of this 1967 MCM casa, but it’s already feeling like home and we’re excited for the ongoing transformation to continue to reveal the full potential of this home with its courtyard magic! @ben.r.jones (and our bank account) are ready for a pause, eesh 😅🙈.

It’s that time of year! The “holi-daze” and “holi-craze” time when emotions and stress are flyin’ high.
Give your body, mind and soul a gift. Move it, move it! In any way, shape or form…turn on your fav tunes and run, jump, dance, yoga or whatever your “thing” is. Those endorphins just may save you (and your loved ones 😉) during holiday season part ✌🏼of this pandemic.
