Itâs that time of year! The âholi-dazeâ and âholi-crazeâ time when emotions and stress are flyinâ high.
Give your body, mind and soul a gift. Move it, move it! In any way, shape or formâŠturn on your fav tunes and run, jump, dance, yoga or whatever your âthingâ is. Those endorphins just may save you (and your loved ones đ) during holiday season part âđŒof this pandemic.

Yoga is far more than movement anyway ⊠yoga off the mat (not that you even need a mat to practice yoga!) can be even more powerful.

The physical practice of yoga is historically a sitting practice and a practice to help the body sit in meditation for long periods of time. Yep, sitting is yoga!
Start slow. One asana (pose) at a time. Itâs all yoga. Even if you just sit and mindfully breathe, youâre doing yoga đđŒ!
